We must next consider matrimony as a sacrament. Under this head there are four points of inquiry:
A1 Whether matrimony is a sacrament?
A2 Whether it ought to have been instituted before sin was committed?
A3 Whether it confers grace?
A4 Whether carnal intercourse belongs to the integrity of matrimony?
