Type a word or phrase (without quotes) to search the text of the Bible only. You cannot find topical words, such as purgatory, homosexuality, rapture, etc. You can find, pray for the dead, lie with a man, coming of Our Lord, etc. This is a literal search and priority is given to the order of the words. For searching on possessive tense, you must use the apostrophe, (i.e. woman's). Operators AND, OR, and NOT are not effective at this time. It is not necessary to use capital letters, typing adam will find Adam. The search may improve in the future, becoming synonym-wise, allowing topical searches, and searching footnotes and chapter descriptions.
